Patriot Power Washing & Property Services was created by father and son duo, George & Dustin Ashburn. After serving two combat tours in Afghanistan with 2nd Battalion 2nd Infantry Regiment with the U.S. Army's 1st Infantry Division, Dustin moved to Cincinnati to start his family and put down roots. In 2019, Dustin and his wife welcomed their newborn son to this world. With a desire to retire soon and be with their new grandson, George and his wife made the decision to move across the country from Orange County, California to Milford, OH.

Both George and Dustin have had a life long passion for service and desire to achieve the coveted American Dream. This is the passion that fueled the creation of Patriot Power Washing & Property Services. This dream was realized in 2022 when George and Dustin started mowing lawns around the Milford area. During their short lawn care journey, they received several requests form home owners for pressure washing services. The two realized there was a great local market for this service, so they took George's 20 year old pressure washer and got to work. After an incredible amount of trial and error, the two honed their craft and slowly upgraded their equipment to what it is today. George and Dustin owe their success and growth to their passion for service, work ethic and attention to detail.
